This bari sax neck came in with a very large dent in it. I had to strip the lacquer, repair the dent, and then relacquer the neck and replace the cork
This oboe is missing a tonehole insert. I custom machined a replacement and installed it to get this instrument back up and playing its best
This C* mouthpiece had a cracked shank causing it to not fit on the cork correctly. I made a custom sleeve to reinforce the crack and installed it. While this mouthpiece was on the repair bench, I "blueprinted" the table and facing, and it's one of the best-playing mouthpieces I've ever seen
This was a replacement tenon for a tenor sax neck. The customer purchased an aftermarket neck that didn't fit his instrument. So I made a replacement tenon. This maintained the original bore size of the aftermarket instrument with an outside diameter that fits perfectly into the neck receiver. Once it was all completed, I silver-plated it to match
